From there we handle everything, mounting screens and cameras, running and concealing cabling, configuring the system and testing it with your team before we hand over.
Once you are up and running, we do not disappear. Meeting room kit sits within the same managed support we provide across your IT, so updates, monitoring and fixes are covered. If something plays up, you call our UK helpdesk and we sort it, on managed plans within our four-hour response SLA.
