Microsoft keeps your service running and protects its own infrastructure, but recovering deleted emails, files or SharePoint content after the retention window is your responsibility. We add a proper, independent backup of your 365 data so you can restore it whenever you need to.
It depends on what has happened and how much needs restoring, which is exactly why we plan and test for it in advance. Because we roll back to a known clean recovery point rather than starting from scratch, most incidents are resolved the same working day and your team is back at work quickly.
